This video addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just just before Thotar provides a taming Rod for a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar provides you with a series of 3 taming rods, each one differs and enables you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and finally an Armored Scorpid.

After you have finished the taming Portion of the Quest chain, you will have to head to Orgrimmar and speak to Ormak Grimshot in the Valley of Honor in order to unlock your companion pet handling abilities: have a peek here Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

Finally, do not forget to my company visit the Pet Trainer and page get the Pet abilities that you must give to your pet.
